Too Many Supplements? Why Simplifying Your Health Works.

by Beth Mielbrecht | Sep 12, 2026

I have a balcony garden. It's on the second floor, and it's full of herbs: mint, tarragon, parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, lavender, chamomile, chives, and cilantro.

Several times a day, I go out and snip. Tarragon for my eggs. Rosemary, thyme, and oregano with beef. Basil with tomatoes and avocado. Sage and chives with carrots and onions from the farm. Mint with lime and sparkling water. Mint tea. Chamomile tea.

Each herb is beautiful and fragrant, and each one shines in its exact moment.

When I'm chopping fresh herbs, there's an explosion of scent and texture that pulls me fully into what I'm doing. Nothing else exists in that moment. It's one of my simple joys.

Where Can You Simplify?

It makes me look at the rest of my life and ask: where can I simplify? Where can I be more intentional with my time? How can I be more present when I eat? Who matters most to me, and what's a message from my heart I can share with them today?

My herb garden reminds me of the beauty of simplicity. Less tech, more sun. Less "anything delivered to your door in a day," more "here's what's already growing right in front of you."

This is who I am. Real, grounded, and drawn to working with people who are ready for a different approach to their health.

Your health can hold that same kind of simplicity.

A Cabinet Full of Supplements Isn't a Plan

Most women I talk to have a cabinet full of supplements, a phone full of health apps, and a head full of conflicting advice. More inputs, more noise, and somehow, still no clear answer about what their body actually needs.

Are you someone who's added more and more, hoping one more thing will finally be the answer? The women who find real clarity aren't the ones who add the most. They're the ones who find the one clear signal underneath all that noise.

What Precision Actually Means

That's what precision means to me. Skip the protocol pulled from someone else's playbook. Your body already has the answers.
