Stop consuming processed foods, toxic media, and draining relationships.
What you allow into your system shapes your internal environment. No supplement can compensate for a daily garbage load.
Step 2: Eat real food and take in beauty.
Nourish yourself with nutrient-dense whole foods.
Listen to beautiful music. Have delightful conversations. Watch sunsets.
Your body responds to what you feed it, physically and emotionally. You can't hack your way around this.
Step 3: Help your body eliminate.
Your bowels need to move daily. If waste sits in your colon, toxins reabsorb into your system.
You also need to process difficult emotions and metabolize stress. Unprocessed emotions create chronic tension and inflammation.
Your body needs support with elimination, both physical and emotional.
Why These Three Matter More Than Everything Else
Without these foundations, every other wellness practice is just compensating for basics you're missing.
You're spending money on solutions while ignoring the simple mechanics your body needs to function.
