Protocols are Generic

One of my clients is a functional medicine nutritionist.

She has built her entire career around digestive health. She knows more about supplements, elimination diets, and gut function than most people will ever learn. Her cabinet was full of carefully researched choices. She helped other people solve the exact problems she was living with herself.

And still, her digestion wasn't right. Every month, her energy crashed with her period, without fail.

The problem wasn't her knowledge. The problem wasn't her effort. The problem was that no protocol, however well designed, can tell you what your unique body specifically needs.

Protocols are generic. Precision is personal.

A map of the city is useful. But to get from where you are to where you want to be, you need to know your exact address. Not a general map. Your precise location, right now, so that the directions are built from where you are actually standing.

Stop guessing. Start asking.

When we tested her body directly, it told us things no protocol could have produced. Which of her carefully chosen supplements her body wanted. Which foods were genuinely problematic for her, and which she had been avoiding for no reason. Why her energy was crashing every month.

Within weeks, her digestion normalized. The monthly energy crash was gone.

She said it simply. "I have energy every day of the month now. I'm not exhausted or dragging like I was."

That is what precision does. That is what protocol cannot do.

If you have been doing everything right and something still isn't working, consider this: you may have been applying general answers to a personal question.

Your body wants to heal. Ask, listen, and take action.
