1. What do you need right now?

Your body knows. You just have to ask and then actually listen to the answer.

2. What are you trying to tell me?

Your body is communicating. Constantly.

When you ask this question, you shift from fighting symptoms to understanding messages.

Your grinding teeth? Your jaw is holding control so tightly your body has to speak louder.

Your 2 AM waking? Your liver is overburdened during its peak detox time.

Your symptoms aren't failures. They're communications.

3. What action supports you today?

Not tomorrow. Not next week. Today.

Because your body is different every single day. What you needed yesterday might not serve you today.

This question keeps you in partnership with your body instead of following rigid rules that stop working.
